Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the FinTec Strategies Client Finder and related exploratory business-research tools.
Authorized exploratory use
The Client Finder is a private research and qualification tool. Use it only with authorization and for lawful business-development, educational, or exploratory purposes. Do not use it for harassment, deceptive outreach, discrimination, or unlawful profiling.
Verify before acting
Business listings, website assessments, scores, and rankings may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are decision-support signals, not guarantees. A human must review the source listing, the business website, outreach context, and any legal or industry-specific obligations before contacting a prospect or publishing a claim.
Automated assessments
Website and AI-search readiness checks use observable technical and content signals. They are not a substitute for a complete accessibility, security, performance, legal, brand, or conversion audit.
Google Maps
Google Maps content remains subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms, the applicable Places API policies, and the Google Terms of Service. Do not extract, redistribute, or retain provider content outside the functionality and retention rules supplied by this application.
Availability and changes
The service is provided for exploratory use and may change or become unavailable. FinTec Strategies may update these terms as the workflow, providers, or legal requirements change.
