Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FinTec Strategies handles information in the Client Finder and related website tools.

Information we process

The Client Finder processes account-session information, search criteria, Google Maps place identifiers and listing results, public website URLs, automated website assessments, and notes or qualification decisions entered by an authorized user. The website scope and agreement flow processes the Client's business identity, address, authorized signer, email, mobile number, selected services, project notes, consent choices, typed signature, signing time, and limited security metadata.

How the information is used

Information is used to find and rank potential business opportunities, avoid duplicate provider requests, support human review, generate requested exports, build and preserve signed project orders, deliver agreement copies by email and optional transactional text, secure the service, and monitor reliability and cost.

Storage and retention

Application data is stored in Cloudflare and Supabase systems. Signed agreements and their delivery records are retained as business and legal records. Secure agreement links use a long random token; the database stores only its one-way hash. Google Places search payloads, including empty results, may be retained for up to 365 days to prevent duplicate provider charges and preserve the sales workflow. Provider profile fields are purged after that retention window by scheduled maintenance. First-party website assessments may also be retained for up to 365 days. Search history, human notes, and user-created workflow records may remain until deleted or no longer operationally necessary.

Google Maps content

Google Maps content is handled under the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy. The Client Finder does not create a long-term archive of Google photos or review text.

Sharing and security

FinTec Strategies does not sell Client Finder or agreement data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, and text-message providers needed to operate the requested service, or disclosed when legally required. The service uses access controls, server-side secrets, encrypted transport, private database policies, rate limits, and hashed receipt tokens.
